Provision of Security Services for AITI’s Premises 2023

Executive Summary

AITI is seeking a Vendor to provide security services for AITI’s premises at Blocks B13 and B14, Simpang 32-3, Jalan Berakas, Kg Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan, BB 3713, Brunei Darussalam.

The objective of the provision of security services is to ensure that AITI’s premises are safe and well-guarded so as to avoid any physical theft or any other acts that could potentially threaten the safety and security of AITI’s premises and employees.

Scope of Work

The high-level scope of work includes the following work, but not limited to:

1. Provision of Security Personnel;
2. Compliance to Work Schedule;
3. General Requirements;
4. Replacement of Staff (Illness, Emergency Leave or Absence); and
5. Continuation of Service.
