Spectrum Management

The Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) is responsible for managing radiofrequency spectrum under theĀ AITI Order 2001.

The regulatory provisions for management of radiofrequency spectrum can be found in the subsidiary legislation under Telecommunications Order 2001 called the Telecommunication (Radiocommunication) Regulation 2013.

There are three units that work together to ensure that the National Spectrum Resource is handled efficiently.
