Executive Summary

AITI is seeking a Vendor registered under Ministry of Development to supply, delivery and installation for AITI building works.

The objective of this project is to update AITI's building work encompassing interior and exterior related works.

Scope of Work

The high-level scope of work includes the following work, but not limited to:

  1. Supply and delivery of the new building works for AITI.
  2. Dismantling and disposal of the existing AITI signage.
  3. Installation of the new building works.
  4. Defects Liability Period.
  5. General requirements.
  6. Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Requirements to supply, delivery and installation of new AITI signages.
