Executive Summary

  1. AITI is seeking a qualified Vendor to develop an eProcurement Software Solution inclusive of a Contract Management System to digitalise, automate and enhance AITI’s current procurement process and system.
  2. The aim is to streamline business operations and improve productivity in terms of managing end to end procurement processes to accomplish AITI’s business goal whereby the following objectives are to be met:
    1. eProcurement Software Solution:
      1. To implement a centralised management of AITI’s procurement and supply chain using an electronic platform particularly on Tender Management.
      2. To improve the performance of the procurement process and to ensure these process comply with industry standards and procedures.
      3. To have centralised information and single point of truth for reference.
      4. To improve the security and confidentiality of communications.
    2. Contract Management System:
      1. A repository of project contracts and recurring contracts, equipped with a search function.
      2. Information on the status of payment milestones by each project and validity of contracts.
  3. The Tenderer is required to provide proposals on the following high-level scope of work:
    1. Provision of eProcurement Software Solution.
    2. Provision of a Contract Management System.
    3. Training.
    4. Acceptance Tests.
    5. Warranty.
    6. Maintenance and Support Services.
