Senior Manager

Overall Responsibilities

Accountable for providing leadership, strategic direction, operational oversight, managerial guidance to ensure the operational efficiency within the specific group, unit and also the effective functioning and alignment of AITI’s goal to meet the objectives. This includes provide leadership, strategic thinking, decision making, guidance, coaching and mentoring to the team members.  Collaborates closely with the Senior Leadership Team and external and internal stakeholders to bring value-added recommendations to enhance AITI’s business needs and goals.

Requirements and Job Specifications

• Bachelor Degree in any related field as deemed fit by AITI.
• Master Degree in any related is an added advantage.
• Must have at least seven (7) years of working experience in any related field as deemed fit by AITI.
• Having professional qualification or being an affiliate/member of any relevant professional bodies as deemed fit by AITI is an added advantage.
• Possess strong commercial knowledge and business acumen skills.
• Highly driven, self-managed individual who demonstrates initiatives and proactively seeks solutions to problems.
• Highly motivated, dynamic, professional and committed with pleasant personality.
• Excellent leadership quality, communication skills and proven ability to interact and manage relationships effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
