Provision of Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme 2025

AITI is seeking a qualified Vendor to develop, organise and manage an end-to-end technical programme (“the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme”) which guides start-ups in creating a minimum viable product (MVP) or prototype solution for industry player(s) using data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

The aim of the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme is to provide essential technological knowledge and insights into pathways to enhance their digital entrepreneurship, based on a real industry problem statement.

The Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme will be conducted over a six (6) week intensiveprogram scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.

The objective is to guide start-ups in creating an MVP for industry player(s). The technologyused shall be based on data analytics and artificial intelligence.

The high-level scope of work involves:

• Development of the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme;
• Enrolment of Participants;
• Provision of Facilitator(s);
• Conducting the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme; and
• Validation and Presentation of the Participants’ MVP or Prototype.

Eligibility

Businesses and companies legally established in Brunei Darussalam who have past experience in the Contract Work are eligible to participate in this RFQ.
