Provision of Landscape Maintenance Services

AITI is seeking a Vendor to provide landscape maintenance services for AITI’s mainentry signboard located before the junction leading to AITI’s premises and thesurrounding of AITI’s premises at Block B13 and B14, Simpang 32-5, Jalan Berakas,Kampung Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan, BB 3713, Brunei Darussalam.

The objective is to ensure AITI’s premises are professionally well-kempt with goodmaintenance and are in compliance with Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE)standards.

The high-level scope of work includes the following work, but not limited to:

• Grass-cutting.
• Weeding and Cultivation.
• Trimming shrub.
• Watering.
• Removal of Debris and Rubbish.
• Fertilising.
• Pest Control.
• Re-planting.

Eligibility

Businesses and companies legally established in Brunei Darussalam who have registered under the category KPB12 with the Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation (JASTRe) and have past experience in the Contract Work are eligible to participate in this RFQ.
