AITI is seeking a Tenderer to develop, organise and manage an end-to-end technical programme (“the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme”) to facilitate tech start-ups to gain insight and better know-how on emerging technologies such as Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technological knowledge and insights into pathways to their digital entrepreneurship, based on a real industry problem statement.

AITI intends to open two (2) cycles of the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme, with the first cycle conducted in 2027 (Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme 4.0) and optionally, the second cycle to be conducted in 2027/2028 (Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme 5.0).

The upcoming Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme 4.0 will comprise of two (2) cohorts with both cohorts to be conducted in first quarter of 2027. Each cohort will undergo a six (6) week programme and will consist of a minimum of five (5) start-ups, resulting in a minimum total of ten (10) start-ups per cycle. The implementation of the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme 5.0 is intended to be undertaken in the final quarter of 2027 and the two (2) cohorts will be conducted in first quarter of 2028 (optional).

The objective of this programme is to guide start-ups in creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or prototype solution for industry player(s). The technology used shall be based on data analytics and artificial intelligence.

The high-level scope of work involves the following:

• Development of the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme;

• Enrolment of Participants;

• Provision of Facilitators;

• Conducting the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme;

• Validation and Presentation of the Participants’ MVP or Prototype;

• Optional Items:

  1. Promotion & Marketing;

  2. Venue;

  3. Refreshments; and

  4. Implementation of the Tech Start-Ups Immersion Programme 5.0.
