Overall Responsibilities

Customer service representative for AITI’s Online Services, which includes addressing customers’ inquiries, processing licences, performing technical checking, equipment registration, and Import Permit applications.

Job Specifications

  • HNTec or equivalent to Brunei Darussalam Qualification Framework (BDQF) Level 4 in Business or Information and Communication Technology studies or any related field deemed fit by AITI;
  • OR have been in D1 Salary scale for a minimum of three (3) years in related field.
  • Having a minimum of four (4) years’ of working experience in a related field is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with a wide range of telecommunication and radio-communication equipment.
  • Excellent research, analytical skills, and communication skills.
  • Good team player with internal and external parties.
  • Good knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
