Design, Development and Implementation of End-to-End Web-based Portal

AITI is seeking a qualified Vendor to design, develop, implement and manage an end-to-end web-based platform to support the registration and accreditation process ofICT businesses. The platform will enable AITI to formally recognise and assess ICT businesses based on their competencies, manpower, past project performance and capabilities, while strengthening the ICT industry.

The portal will serve as a centralised directory for AITI to publish accredited ICT businesses for internal reference, stakeholder access and public visibility. It shall also be used for ICT businesses to submit application for ICT business accreditation and manage their accounts

Currently, there is no centralised online platform to manage applications, resulting in manual handling of submissions, assessments, communications and record-keeping which limits user experience for both applicants and administrators.

The main objective of this project is to establish a secure, centralised, and user-friendly online portal to support ICT business registration, application submission, renewals, and profile management, while incorporating online payments and record-keeping, and serving as a public directory of accredited ICT businesses
