Four Local Companies Feature Creativity in the ASEAN Digital Content Summit 2025

Four (4) local companies from the digital creative and gaming industries participated in the ASEAN Digital Content Summit (ADCS) 2025 exhibition, held in Persada Johor International Convention Centre, Johor Bahru, Malaysia from 2 to 4 September 2025.

WilKGames and Pixelated Enterprise showcased their digital gaming content, attracting gaming enthusiasts and potential collaborators keen to explore the latest gaming trends in the region. Meanwhile, New Wave Films and Oddbox Media and Communications Sdn Bhd drew attention with their Brunei-made animation content, gaining interest among filmmakers and moviegoers. This participation provided these companies with a vital platform  to showcase their products and services, exchange knowledge and expertise, explore business-matching prospects, and gain exposure to wider market access and collaboration opportunities with other industries across ASEAN.

As the very first event of its kind, ADCS 2025 was jointly organised by the Ministry of Digital Malaysia and the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). It brought together a wide range of digital content showcases on one platform, highlighting the best of Malaysia’s digital content alongside works from ASEAN Member States. The Summit also aimed to foster economic growth, creative development, and skills enhancement. This event featured more than 100 exhibitors and welcomed over 2,000 attendees from across the region, including representatives from government agencies, media organisations, and businesses in animation, digital content, and creative technology.

Brunei Darussalam’s delegation was led by the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications, with  representatives from Radio Television Brunei (RTB), the  Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) and Brunei Innovation Lab (BIL). 

The presence of the Brunei delegation underscored the nation’s growing digital creative sector and its aspirations to expand into new markets and opportunities across the ASEAN region
