InTi Licences
 
 
An InTi Licence is required by an operator to own and provide infrastructure, systems, networks, facilities and other equipment (except for customer premises equipment a.k.a "CPE") for the purposes of enabling telecommunication services to be provided.
 
Classes:
 
· Mobile Telecommunications Infrastructure
· Non-Fixed Telecommunication Infrastructure
· Fixed-Wired Telecommunication Infrastructure
· Fixed-Wireless Telecommunication Infrastructure
· Public Broadcasting Infrastructure
· Special Purpose Infrastructure
 
Fees:
 
Application fee is B$ 10,000 per licensable activity. Plus an additional B$ 10,000 application fee if frequency spectrum is needed.
 
Periodic licence fee is 1.5% of the periodic gross turnover of the licensee subject to a minimum of B$ 100,000 per year payable every 6 months.
