Overall Responsibilities
Responsible to provide administrative support and ensure that services/operations are provided in an effective and efficient manner. To perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as, arranging meetings and confirming appointments, attending incoming letters and outgoing letters, distribution of letters, paperwork as well as managing hardcopy and softcopy filling and etc.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum of 4 ‘O’ Levels OR BTEC Level 2, NTEC or equivalent.
- Having relevant working experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to apply common sense of understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to read, comprehend and prepare simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
