| 1. ASSISTANT CHIEF EXECUTIVE, E-GOVERNMENT GROUP |
| Responsibilities |
- Manage and lead in the conceptualisation of e-Government programmes.
- Formulate and manage long, medium and short term implementation plans.
- Identify the processes and implementation issues, explore and recommend possible solutions to achieve programmes’ outcomes.
- Track and report status on the programmes.
- Establish close working relationships with stakeholders, understand their business requirements, recommend appropriate programmes, and influence their alignment with the e-Government agenda and initiatives.
- Oversee the management and utilisation of resources and budget for the programmes.

| Requirements |
- a. Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or related disciplines and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the related field (with last 5 years in management position) is required
OR
Permanent employment with the Government of His Majesty of at least 4 years in Group 3 or 7 years in B3 in the related field and very good performance appraisal for the last 3 years
- b. Good knowledge of government business will be an advantage.

| Responsibilities |
- Manage and lead in the conceptualisation of common network and systems infrastructure for the e-Government.
- Conduct ICT strategic review, identifying and recommend suitable technologies, strategies and solutions to meet present and future e-Government needs.
- Develop solutions based on technology trends and standards, and to exploit new and emerging technologies and products to accelerate the use of common infrastructure and systems across the government.
- Formulate policies and recommend best practices in exploiting appropriate use of technology across the government.
- Lead project teams to conceptualise, develop and implement projects.
- Actively engage stakeholders and manage the stakeholders’ expectations so as to influence their alignment with the e-Government agenda and initiatives.
- Manage the utilisation of resources and budget for the programmes.

| Requirements |
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
Possess 5 years of relevant IT experience in designing and deploying network and systems infrastructure.
OR
Permanent employment with the Government of His Majesty of at least 5 years in C3 with very good performance appraisal in the related field for the past 3 years.
- Experience in development of IT technical architecture plans and/or network security will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of government business and IT operating environment and experience in developing policies and procedures will be added advantage.

- Conceptualise and develop multi-agency collaboration architectures / solutions to improve operational efficiency and delivery of more consistent and cohesive e-services across the government.
- Formulate policies, standards and best practices to accelerate the implementation and adoption of e-services in the government agencies.
- Lead project teams to conceptualise, develop and implement projects.
- Actively engage stakeholders, gather feedback and manage the stakeholders’ expectations so as to influence their alignment with the e-Government agenda and initiatives.

- To coordinate and supervise the activities of all functions within so as to develop policy recommendations that would promote efficient market operations for Info-communications Technology (ICT) industry;
- To address social equity issues in the distribution of info-communication services and ensuring effective utilisation of limited national scarce resources for ICT;
- To facilitate the regulation of the telecommunications industry in Brunei Darussalam in accordance with the governing framework within AITI’s licensing regime.

- a. Possess a Master’s Degree with a major in Telecommunications Engineering or related technical field with at least 12 years working experience in related field. OR

- Oversees and monitors the development in the ICT industry by making it a key engine for growth in Brunei Darussalam through various initiatives, strategic alliances and collaboration.
- Responsible in making review and recommendation on policy and regulatory aspects of the ICT sector.
- To looks into critical and specialised IT skills in order to meet the pool of highly skilled manpower required to spearhead the ICT industry in Brunei Darussalam

| Responsibilities |
- Receive and perform daily reconciliation and bank in of collections, and maintain cash receipt records
- Monitor receivables for overdue balances, issue reminders to relevant parties and recommend receivables for provision for doubtful debt
- Post receipts and any adjustment transactions to appropriate journals or ledgers, and verifies accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager, Finance

| Requirements |
- a. High National Diploma in Accounting or any other relevant discipline.
Posses 1-3 years of accounting experience will be an advantage. OR
