The Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) is a statutory body which licenses, regulates and develops Brunei Darussalam’s Info-Communications Technology (ICT) industry and manages the national frequency spectrum.
AITI is seeking proposals from suitably qualified Consultant to develop a Broadband Strategic Plan that will provide the framework and guidelines for building a high-speed Fibre-To-The-Home (FTTH) broadband infrastructure facility that is widely accessible and affordable to all level of citizens in this country.
AITI hereby invites Consultants to submit tender proposals for Consultancy Services to Develop a Broadband Strategic Plan for Brunei Darussalam. Interested consultants must be reputable local, international or joint venture companies with core expertise in consultancy for broadband services and related infrastructure projects.
Tender documents are available from between 27th July to 31st August 2009 from AITI upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of B$100 in cash.
Proposals shall be delivered to AITI no later than 2.00 pm on Thursday, 1st October 2009. Late or incomplete submissions shall be invalidated.
