Advise on all corporate legal matters involving AITI and draft subsidiary legislation and regulatory instruments, and to ensure that any act or conduct undertaken, any guidelines and or regulatory instruments issued are in compliance with AITI order, 2001 and all other relevant laws.
Required to draft contracts and such other legal documents as may be instructed and or required by AITI from time to time. Also acts as a Corporate Secretary for the provision of support services to the board of directors and board committees.
Requirements
Bachelor of Law (LLB Hons). Higher, relevant & related qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of post degree experience in legal and/or telecommunication industry (Applicable for Senior Manager level).
To manage the monitoring and Enforcement team, to monitor and to detect frequency interference issue, to update and coordinate with service providers, government and private network operators on frequency usage, to coordinate with service providers on frequency interference issues and to work with neighboring country on frequency interference.
Requirements
Degree in related & relevant field preferably related to monitoring and enforcement. Higher qualification is an advantage.
6-8 years of post degree experience in relevant or related industry.
Having served with the police forces or other relevant departments in fields such as prosecution and enforcement is an advantage.
To supervise the overall management functions depending on the group that you are put into and to provide general assistance to their superior in areas such as research and analysis.
Requirements
A Higher National Diploma in any field such as Human resources, business administration, marketing, corporate communications, Public relations.etc. Higher qualification is an advantage.
Experience in these areas is an added advantage.
4. CLERK (Salary scale : D1-2-3 EB4-5)
Responsibilities
Responsible to organize, perform and complete all clerical duties and general office work in the group administrative office. Perform routine clerical and typing tasks involve in processing varied office material such as form, letters, memorandum, report, etc.
To perform standard office procedures including scheduling appointment, processing mail, answering phones and typing correspondence and to file all documents, paper, letters and records accordingly to establish classification, as well as retrieves records and correspondence.
Requirements
Minimum 4’O’ Levels in subjects such as Principle of accounts, Commerce etc. Higher qualification is an advantage
Experience in doing clerical duties is also an advantage
