| 1. SENIOR MANAGER, ICT DEVELOPMENT & INTERNATIONAL (Salary scale: B3) |
| Responsibilities |
- Reports to Assistant Chief Executive, IT Industry Development Group
- Responsible for planning, decision making and leading the IT Industry Development Group
- Overseas and monitor the development in the ICT industry through various initiatives, strategic alliances and collaboration
- Looks into human capacity building of critical and specialized IT skills
- Promotes ICT industry in Negara Brunei Darussalam
- Ensuring compliance to guidelines, conditions, directives on the AITI Order, 2001
- Perform other duties as required, not limited to the above mentioned tasks

| Requirements |
- Bachelor degree in Business Information systems or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 5 years post degree working experience in IT and telecommunication industry. Masters degree will be an added advantage

2. SENIOR MANAGER, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT
(Salary scale: B3) |
| Responsibilities |
- Reports to Assistant Chief Executive, Regulatory and Technology Group
- Leads and manages all activities under the resource management and conformity assessment division function
- Plans, manages and responsible for the administration of spectrum management and numbering management in Brunei Darussalam to ensure its efficient use
- Responsible for the management and development as well as the preparation of telecommunication equipment standard and ensuring in compliance with international standard.
- Responsible for the development and preparation of comprehensive spectrum management plan
- Responsible for the development and preparation of a comprehensive and effective national numbering management plan
- To facilitate the application of dealers licenses, Type Approval and Import permit for telecommunications equipment.
- Coordinate with neighboring country on frequency usage issues.
- Perform other duties as required, not limited to the above mentioned tasks

| Requirements |
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 5 years post degree working experience in IT and telecommunication industry. Masters degree will be an added advantage
- Possessions of good technical knowledge on radio communications and telecommunications technologies and services will be an advantage

| 3. MANAGER, LEGAL (Salary scale: B2 EB3) |
| Responsibilities |
- Report directly to the Assistant Chief Executive, Corporate Services Group
- Assist in providing legal support and advisory functions to AITI
- Provide legal counsel and opinion, advise on compliance with AITI Order,2001, Telecommunication Order, 2001, other relevant legislation and regulations in relation to Licensing and International affairs
- Support the licensing & Enforcement units in ensuring licensee compliance with AITI’s licensing & regulatory framework
- Manage and coordinate AITI’s legal obligation in terms of Licensing and International affairs
- Perform other duties as assigned, not limited to the above mentioned tasks

| Requirements |
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) with experience in the legal and/or telecommunications industry.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision with sound judgment, highly analytical and with excellent drafting, negotiation and presentation skills

| 4. MANAGER, IT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Salary scale: B2 EB3) |
| Responsibilities |
- Conducts research and analysis on issues and problems relating to the ICT industry and provides input for policy formulation and strategic planning that will facilitate to accelerate the development of the industry
- Organises, plan and manages pro-active communication programs or forums with industry players in order to obtain industry feedback to address issues faced by the industry and formulate effective solutions to address them so as to create a conducive environment to promote and develop the industry
- Keeping up with worldwide development trends and technological change within the ICT industry and anticipate their impact on local industry
- Plans, develop and facilitates industry, sector or segment market research with a view on providing inputs for industry development needs
- Conducts research on ICT industry related surveys to assess market size and position in order to track industry trends and statistics for industry development strategies
- Conducts research on feasibility studies on new policies or approaches for industry development plans
- Coordinates and manages enquiries for data received from various government agencies, consultant companies and the public, including meetings with analysts and international market or industry players seeking information about the ICT industry in Brunei Darussalam for investement opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned, not limited to the above mentioned tasks

| 5. MANAGER, POLICY DEVELOPMENT (Salary scale: B2 EB3) |
| Responsibilities |
- Plan, recommend and develop policy papers, position statements and other content- related documents related to various telecommunications issues
- Assist immediate superior to implement policies related to daily tasks, projects and other telecommunications-related issues
- Liaise with relevant local and international institutions where relevant
- Perform other duties as assigned, not limited to the above mentioned tasks

| 6. SENIOR TECHNICIAN, MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT (Salary scale: C2 EB3) |
| Responsibilities |
- Perform full range of code enforcement duties; perform a variety of field and office work in support of AITI’s enforcement program
- Receive and respond to complaints and reports from other agencies and departments on alleged violations and telecommunication and spectrum related activities and issues
- Prepare written reports, memos and correspondence related to enforcement activities, and also prepares evidence in support of any legal actions
- Maintain records concerning operations and programs; prepare reports on operations and activities
- Perform other duties as assigned, not limited to the above mentioned tasks

| Requirements |
- Higher National Certificate (HNC) in electronics, Electrical or Communication Engineering or Communication Management
- Good technical knowledge on radio communications and telecommunications technologies and services will be an advantage
