Welcome Message

On behalf of the Authority for Info-Communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam, I would like to extend our warm welcome to all ASEAN Telecommunication Regulators’ Council (ATRC) Leaders, ATRC dialogue partners, delegates and guests to the 17th ATRC meeting, which will take place at Kingdom of Unexpected Treasures – Brunei Darussalam.

With the endorsement of the ASEAN ICT Masterplan 2015 (AIM2015) - a strategic document to bring ASEAN ICT Sector to a higher level and to reinforce the role of ICT for ASEAN integration at the 10th ASEAN Telecommunications and Information Technology Ministers Meeting (10th ASEAN TELMIN) held earlier this year, I believe that 17th ATRC will be of great importance in terms of implementing the ATRC’s projects under AIM2015.

In addition, we hope to offer you hospitality, unique cultural experience and heritage of Brunei Darussalam. Again, my sincere welcome to all of you and many thanks and regards for your participation.
