MANAGER, COMPETITION MANAGEMENT, USO AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible to formulate, develop framework, identify and manage projects under the universal service obligation, managing and handling complaints and analysing competition in relation to the telecommunications services.
Requirements:

i. |
Degree on Public Policy, Economic, Business Administration, Communications and Telecommunications Management or any qualifications related |
|
|
ii. |
Experience in developing public policy for improvement of public services |
|
iii. |
Experience in implementation and managing of projects |
|
iv. |
Possess Project Management skills and knowledge on Finance & Accounting |

CLERK
Overall Responsibilities:
Responsible to organize, perform and complete all clerical duties and general work in the unit’s administrative office. Perform routine clerical and typing tasks involving processing various officer material such as letters, forms, memorandums, reports, etc. Responsibility also includes performing standard office procedures including scheduling appointment, setting up meetings, booking of meeting rooms, processing mails, answering phones, data entry, filling of documents, letters, records according to established classification, as well as retrieving records and correspondence.
Requirements:

i. |
Minimum ‘4’ O levels in subjects such as Principle of Accounts, Commerce, etc. |
|
ii. |
High qualifications are an advantage. |
|
iii. |
Experience in doing clerical duties is also an advantage. |
