We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated and dynamic individual to join us in the following position:


Administrative Assistant (1 POST)

Overall Responsibilities

Provision of administrative support to ensure that business operations are conducted in an effective and efficient manner.  This includes routine clerical and administrative duties, preparation and review of correspondence, presentation materials and research to correct spelling and formatting, scheduling and taking minutes of meetings, data entry, answering phones and taking messages , maintaining accurate filing records and records of document distribution and general paper work.

Requirements and Job Specifications

 


  • Minimum 'A' level.

  • ​Has 2 to 3 years of working experience on administrative and clerical duties.

  • ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • ​Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions.
  • ​Possess strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Malay. Ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage.
  • ​Organized, multi-tasking, professional, courteous, punctual and with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritize work, high sense of urgency and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Willing to work extra hours when necessary.
  • ​Ability and willingness to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities.
