AITI's Corporate Structure is such that it is governed by its Members of Authority who provide strategic guidance to the Management.
Within the organisation, AITI operations are overseen by a Chief Executive with Assistant Chief Executives in their speciality sectors reporting directly to him.
Regulatory and Technology Group
This group oversees the Licensing Regime and is responsible for ensuring compliance of the AITI Order as well as monitoring the compliance of players in the industry.
Futhermore, this group also works to catalyse technological progress locally and oversees the development of codes and forums, including consumer protection and network services.
This group oversees and monitors the development in the ICT industry by making it a key engine for growth in Brunei Darussalam through various initiatives, strategic alliances and collaboration. The group is also responsible in making review and recommendation on policy and regulatory aspects of the ICT sector.
The group also looks into critical and specialised IT skills in order to meet the pool of highly skilled manpower required to spearhead the ICT industry in Brunei Darussalam.
This group is responsible for Human Resource Administration, Finance, Corporate Communications and Property and Security functions which provide value-added support to the other Groups within AITI.
The group also develops and implements operational policies and procedures and prepares financial and management reports.
