1. The objective of this auction is to invite interested individuals to bid for Amateur Radio Single Prefix Call Signs.

  2. The auction document is available as follows:

    1. Hardcopy: Reception Area, Block B14, Simpang 32-5, Jalan Berakas, Kampung Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan BB 3713, Negara Brunei Darussalam (+673-2323232); or

    2. Softcopy: Please scan the QR Code and fill in the form. Once submission is received, AITI will email you the auction document.

  3. Requests for clarification must be submitted to the Project Manager before Monday, 05th March 2018. Clarifications (without identifying the source of the query) will be distributed to all interested individuals who have collected or downloaded the auction document.

  4. Bidders must submit one (1) hardcopy of the Bid Form, placed it into a plain envelope and sealed with no identifying mark(s) such as name, logo or address.  The envelope must be addressed as follows:

  5. There is a non-refundable administration fee of Brunei Dollars Fifty (BND 50.00) per bid. This must be paid during the submission of the bid form to AITI. AITI officers will stamp the sealed envelope with notification of payment.
  6. The plain sealed envelope containing the Bid Form must be placed by the Bidder in AITI's Tender Box located on the ground floor of Block B14, Simpang 32-5, Jalan Berakas, Kg Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan, BB3713, Brunei Darussalam no later than 3pm on the Closing Date.

  7. AITI reserves the right to cancel this bidding activity and shall not be bound to assign any reason for cancellation.

  8. Failure to comply with the conditions of this auction will result in immediate disqualification.

  9. This Bidder Notice does not constitute an offer from AITI and shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained in the auction document.
