1.                  The objectives of the Development, Configuration, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of Relevant Software for the Enhancement of AITI e-Services (2019) project are aimed towards meeting both internal and external user expectations, and include the following:

 

    • To make improvements to the user interface and customer experience; and
    • To improve the features and update the processes of AITI's current online licensing platform (e-Services).

       

2.                  Businesses and companies legally established in Brunei Darussalam or abroad who have past experience in the Contract Work are eligible to participate in this ITT.

 

3.                  Businesses and companies that have experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Spectrum Management Systems and have a good understanding of ITU-R Handbook on Computer-Aided Techniques for Spectrum Management (CAT).

 

4.                   An information day may be held within the second week of the opening tender at Dewan Seri Kerna, Block B13, Simpang 32-5, Jalan Berakas, Kg Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan BB 3713, Brunei Darussalam.  Interested parties wishing to attend the information day must notify AITI via email to the project manager not later than forty eight (48) hours before the session and shall provide the names and positions  of  the  nominated  representatives  together  with  the contact  phone  and  facsimile  numbers,  and  e‐mail  addresses  of  each.

 

5.                   Further information can be obtained by email to the Procurement Focal Person with the reference in the subject heading.  Requests should be submitted at least ten (10) working days before the Closing Date. 

 

6.                   The Invitation to Tender can be obtained from AITI at Block B14, Simpang 32-5, Jalan Berakas, Kg Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan BB 3713, Brunei Darussalam upon payment of the required fees.

 

7.                   Proposals must be placed in AITI's Tender Box located on the ground floor of Block B14, Simpang 32-5, Jalan Berakas, Kg Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan BB 3713, Brunei Darussalam no later than 3pm on the closing date.  Proposals received after the said time and date will be rejected.
